Intended Parents ~ Egg Donors ~ Surrogacy Fees

An egg donor is typically compensated between $3500 and $5000, for donating eggs.  This compensation is consistent with the guidelines set forth by the American Society of Reproductive Medicine. A surrogate is typically compensated between $10,000 and $25,000 for each pregnancy.  The contracts are much more involved, and compensation is custom determined by the parties involved.

• Please be advised that the fees above do not reflect the additional charges incurred from the IVF center.
Medications, screening and medical treatments should be discussed with the individual IVF center

• Travel expenses are compensated if donor is outside of local geographical area.

• Medical insurance policy for the Intended Parent and the Donor  to cover unexpected medical costs beyond IVF procedure: $400
(must be purchased through Compassionate Beginnings™ or the individual IVF center-cost may vary depending on IVF Center)

• Coordination fee of $500 for out of state/ country Intended Parents
 • Co-Pays and Deductibles: $0-$1,000*

• C-section: $1,500*

• Counseling: $500*

• Invasive Procedures: (Amnio, D & C, Selective Reduction)- $500 per procedure*

• Legal Fees: $4,000-5,000*

• Life Insurance: $500*

• Lost Wages: $0-$2,500*

• Maternity Clothing Allowance: $500*

• Multiple Births: $1000* each child

• Medical Insurance Premium: $10,000*
